\r\nRoderick represented Steve\u2019s mother in selling two properties in Carlsbad. The first was during a challenging time right after the market began to slide. She was concerned about selling as quickly as possible at the best price. Roderick gave her advice about staging her home so it would make the best impression during open house. Her home sold quickly and she was pleased with the outcome. The rental property also had challenges because there were renters currently living there. Roderick was very respectful of their time and schedules and went out of his way to be accommodating to them.

\r\nRoderick also assisted my mother in a purchase of a short sale. She understandably had many questions and concerns about the property. Roderick was patient with her throughout the process, making sure she was clear and comfortable in her decision. He offered suggestions and recommendations when asked, but was respectful of her decision until it became clear that even thought the property needed some improvements, it was ultimately a very smart long term business decision. She made an outstanding purchase!
